We recently opened a Learning Center in Thailand and are interested in the possibility of opening Learning Centers in other countries. If you have a language school or teach on a tutorial basis and would be interested in opening an SIE Learning Center in your country, we would like to discuss this opportunity with you.
How our program works:
Individuals interested in taking one of our teacher training certificate courses on a classroom basis in your country can register through you or through SIE.
- We set up your own Learning Center page on our web site. Only our courses may be featured there but you may have a link to another URL if you offer other courses or teaching programs.
- Individuals register as Sunbridge students through your Learning Center (or through SIE).
- You arrange either local hotel, homestay or other accommodation for the students or they arrange this by themselves.
- You teach our course*. We provide the course materials - printed and PowerPoint format.
- Students submit their assignments to you and you forward them to us for comment.
- You arrange for students to have 10 hours of teaching practice in a local school. Schools are usually happy to do this as there is no charge to them and students get to learn from a native speaker.
- We pre-ship all certificates to you for presentation. These will have the Sunbridge name as well as your Learning Center name. They also have a built-in transcript which schools like to see.
* We would need assurance that you are a qualified teacher trainer with an excellent command of the English language (or have someone who is and who would teach the courses for you).
